WE HELP PLAYERS IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL ABILITIES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.
EACH SESSION WILL BE FOCUSED ON IMPROVING:
GENERAL STRENGTH (LOWER, CORE & UPPER BODY);
AGILITY (QUICK FEET, SPEED & COORDINATION);
INJURY PREVENTION;
EXPLOSIVENESS;
CONDITIONING (CARDIO).
INDIVIDUAL & TEAM TRAININGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL AGE GROUPS.
